In this 3-day / 2-night team work skills training program in Hua Hin, your participants will be introduced to the DISC psychometric assessment, get to know themselves and their colleagues better, develop relationships and team work skills, all while having fun with interactive and engaging experiential learning activities.

The trip takes your group from Bangkok to Hua Hin, with a lunch in the hotel, followed by the DISC indoor workshop.

The highlight of the training program is the raft building activity on day two and the consequent outdoor team building program.

The evening of the first day and the morning of the last day are at leisure, and your participants have the chance to explore the beauty of Hua Hin, the old town and the beaches.
